TODD MILLIGAN

Todd Milligan is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Texas and is currently pursuing the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Milligan has over eight years of experience in property valuation. Mr. Milligan has an extensive background in the valuation of investment and user-based specialized real estate. He has appraised properties throughout the State of Texas and the United States. Appraisal purposes have included property tax, financial reporting, financing, purchase or sale, insurance, fair rental, condemnation, and donation. More recently, Mr. Milligan has performed appraisal assignments for lending purposes for a variety of community and regional banks throughout the entire State of Texas. Advisory services performed by Mr. Milligan have included appraisal review, market research, appraisal management, and offer/option analysis. Properties he has appraised, or has assisted in valuing, include land; commercial real estate including industrial, office, retail center, and mixed-use; and special-purpose properties including service stations, restaurants, and hotels/motels.

Mr. Milligan is a member of the following real estate organizations: International Right of Way Association, Appraisal Institute, National Association of Realtors, CCIM Institute, and Urban Land Institute. Todd currently holds the LEED AP Building Design and Construction credential. Todd is an active member of the Austin Young Chamber of Commerce and Young Men’s Business League non-profit organizations. He is an alumni of the Leadership Austin 2014 Emerge Program.
